Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application, incomplete applications will not be processed.
Please be prepared to pay the non-refundable application fee of $40 per adult as outlined in the property listing.
Security Deposit must be received within 48 hours of approval.
Qualifications:
Combined gross income must be verifiable and at least (2.5) times the monthly rent.
Established credit. With limited credit, bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, or repossessions, a co-signer with good credit or a higher security deposit of 1.5x the rent amount will be accepted. Cosigner must fill out a separate application-to qualify they must have *nothing past due or in collections *income that is at least 4x the monthly rent.
Good rental history - Brickhouse will contact previous landlords.
A criminal background check will be processed. Any violent or sexual crimes will disqualify the applicant.
